## Overview

This document provides technical documentation for the `quick-mcp-client` application. This application consists of a React frontend, a Python FastAPI backend, and the capability to manage and interact with external processes conforming to the MCP (Managed Component Protocol).

The primary goal of this system is to provide a user interface for:

1. Dynamically adding and managing external MCP servers (processes that expose tools/functions).
2. Listing the tools available across all connected MCP servers.
3. Interacting with a chat assistant (powered by OpenAI's GPT models) that can intelligently invoke these external tools based on the conversation.
